With over 22 years of experience as a qualified nurse, Margaret Malaba brings extensive clinical expertise and leadership to her role as Registered Manager & Clinical Lead at Starcover. She has worked across various healthcare settings, including prisons, and is committed to ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to all clients.

Marlene Stewart
A Registered Mental Health Nurse and Care Manager with 20+ years in health and social care, Marlene specialises in complex care, safeguarding, and leadership. As Complex Care Manager at Starcover, she ensures high-quality care, compliance, and collaboration. Passionate about mental health, she is dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments.

Lee Malaba
A Registered Nurse with 12+ years of clinical and nursing leadership, Lee has extensive experience across care homes, secure hospitals, domiciliary care, and end-of-life care. As a Clinical Lead, he manages a large team of RGNs and RMNs, driven by a passion for improving clients' quality of life.
